The last time the opportunity (in another Raleigh suburb) came up, we didn’t advertise it, but selected a buyer from people who had already contacted us. The Seller will do site identification and site planning for the store. The Seller will use its tremendous purchasing power to stock the store at costs that are incredibly low. Seller will also contribute its spotless reputation in this area, along with training in the tried and true methods used to become so successful. The business will also be able to take advantage of the strong logistical support (delivery, installation) that can be provided in this area.
