Sellers

By working with a Self Storage Brokers of America associate, you--the seller--will benefit from our years of self storage experience, our national marketing, and our large database of buyers. Working closely with you, we will first determine a price we feel the market will bear for your facility. Every conversation we have will be held in strict confidence. As always, the analysis on your property comes free of charge and commitment. After determining a list price for your facility and receiving your formal approval, we will begin to aggressively market your property through various media, such as Inside Self Storage magazine, the Inside Self Storage website (insideselfstorage.com) under the real estate section, The Mini Storage Messenger magazine and various multiple listing services. We are one of the nation's largest advertisers of self storage. We also meet with many prospective buyers at the national self storage conventions we attend throughout the year. Keep in mind that all advertising will be designed to keep your best interests in mind.

Along with our aggressive advertising campaign, we will directly contact our huge database of buyers. These are buyers that we know are currently looking to acquire self storage facilities. This list of buyers has been compiled throughout the years.

Buyers
