Our goal for these newsletters is pretty modest.
We're not out to impress you with how much we know by writing long, exhaustive treatises on each topic we cover. We suspect that calling a paper "exhaustive" is often a good description of how the reader feels after reading it, and not necessarily a compliment to the author.
Over time, as we revisit and expand on various topics, we'll provide a more complete picture, but hopefully without creating exhaustion on anyone's part.
The idea behind these newsletters is simply to provide food for thought--maybe raise an idea you might not have thought about, or deal with it in a different way than you're used to.
We'd welcome emails suggesting future topics or commenting on topics already covered. If you subscribe below, we'll send you the newsletter by email as it's written. (By the way, "Confidentiality" is our middle name, and we will never ever give your email address to anyone.) We'll also be posting the newsletters on the website, so you'll still be able to read the Real Deal, even if you're not up for subscribing.
